North Norfolk Railway

North Norfolk Railway

The North Norfolk Railway – also known as the "Poppy Line" – is a 5+1⁄4-mile heritage steam railway in Norfolk, England, running between the towns of Sheringham and Holt. The North Norfolk Railway is owned and operated as a public limited company, originally called Central Norfolk Enterprises Limited. The railway is listed as exempt from the UK Railways Regulations 2000.

National Trust Sheringham Park

Sheringham Park

National Trust - Sheringham Park is a landscape park and gardens near the town of Sheringham, Norfolk, England. The park surrounds Sheringham Hall, lying mostly to its south. The hall is privately occupied, but Sheringham Park is in the care of the National Trust and open to visitors. The park was designed by Humphry Repton who presented his proposals in July 1812 in the form of one of his Red Books. He described Sheringham as his "favourite and darling child in Norfolk".

Sheringham Museum

Sheringham Museum at the Mo is a museum in the town of Sheringham, Norfolk, England. The current museum opened in April 2010 and rehoused the former collection originally held in converted fishermen's cottages behind the main street.
